Due to state laws, we are only able to offer a refund if the product you received is somehow defective or damaged. If your cartridge is broken or your packaging is damaged, we will make sure to make it right. Bring the product back to the store with your receipt as soon as possible to have it replaced. Unfortunately, state law prohibits us from giving refunds, or accepting returns for any reason other than a defective product.
Unfortunately, banking limitations restrict the Cannabis industry to cash and debit sales. An ATM is also
present on site.
Yes. State law requires that all identification be valid and active. This means that no expired ID is an
acceptable form of identification.
No. Unlike a liquor store, the law forbids ANYONE under the age of 21 being inside a recreational
cannabis store regardless of their intent to purchase.
Of course! With this being a relatively new industry, we understand that it is an interesting thing to
check out! Stop by any of our locations and our budtenders will be happy to show and explain any
aspect of the product to you!
Currently anyone over the age of 21 (with valid ID) can purchase up to 28 grams of cannabis flower per day. The different types of products (edibles, concentrates, etc.) all count against this limit. An edible with 100mg of THC is equivalent to 3.5 grams of cannabis flower. One gram of concentrate is also equal to 3.5 grams of cannabis flower. If you cannot remember this when you go into the store, have no fear! Our friendly and knowledgeable budtenders will be more than happy to assist you with making sure you not only purchase the right product for yourself, but the legal amount as well.
All products with CBD will also contain THC. Unfortunately, even Hemp derived CBD has a legal limit of 0.3-Percent THC. We do, however, have many products that have a high concentration of CBD as well as no mind-altering effects.
